Refund Policy
Three-Business-Day Cancellation Window
Participants who wish to cancel their booking may do so within three (3) business days from the date they receive their written booking confirmation. Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to hala@buildadream.nyc. The date and time stamp of the cancellation email will be used to determine whether the request falls within the window. Cancellations by phone, text, or verbal communication will not be accepted.
Cancellations within this window will receive a refund of all payments made, less any applicable third-party payment processing fees charged by the booking platform. Processing fees are non-recoverable. The Participant will be notified of the applicable processing fee at the time of booking confirmation.
All Payments Non-Refundable After Three Business Days
After the three (3) business day window has expired, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Personal scheduling conflicts or change of plans
- Illness, injury, or medical condition
- Family emergency or bereavement
- Professional or work-related obligations
- Flight cancellations, delays, or missed connections
- Weather events, natural disasters, or force majeure
- Government-issued travel restrictions or advisories
- Failure to obtain a valid passport, visa, or required travel documents
- Change of mind or personal preference
No exceptions will be made. No credits, future travel vouchers, or alternative compensation will be offered. This is exactly why travel insurance is strongly required for all Participants.

Recharge Retreat: Belize is sold as an all-inclusive experience. Participants who choose not to participate in any scheduled activity, excursion, meal, ceremony, or session are not entitled to a pro-rated refund, partial credit, or price reduction of any kind, regardless of reason.

Organizer-Initiated Cancellation
If the Organizers cancel the Retreat entirely, Participants will receive a full refund within fifteen (15) business days. Travel Insurance — Strongly Required
Because all payments are non-refundable after the three (3) business day window, Build A Dream Incubator Inc. and Glow Event Management & Travel Group strongly require that every Participant purchase both trip cancellation insurance and comprehensive travel medical insurance prior to the Retreat. For guidance, contact kim@gloweventmanagement.com. The NY Department of Financial Services regulates travel insurance in NY State: (212) 480-6400 or www.dfs.ny.gov.
Recharge and Refer — Referral Rewards

(owned and operated by Hala Maroc) and Glow Event Management & Travel Group (owned and operated by Kim Avilez), collectively the "Organizers," both operating under the laws of the State of New York. By clicking to confirm their booking, the Participant agrees to all terms herein.
Acknowledgment of Risk
The Participant acknowledges that international travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to terrorism, political instability, weather events, illness, medical emergencies, vehicular accidents, property loss, and differing legal and governmental systems. Medical facilities in Belize may not be of the same quality as those in the United States. The Participant voluntarily and knowingly assumes all such risks.
Health and Physical Condition
The Participant certifies they are in good physical health and have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from participating in this Retreat. Activities include cave tubing, extended walking, swimming, and excursions in tropical weather. Participants must disclose medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or accessibility needs to kim@gloweventmanagement.com by September 15, 2026.
Third-Party Suppliers and Independent Contractors
The Organizers do not own or operate Mahogany Hall Boutique Resort, transportation companies, excursion operators, tour guides, or food service providers. All such parties are independent contractors. The Organizers are not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act by any third-party supplier.
Disclaimer: 1:1 Coaching Sessions and Excursion Providers
Private sessions including the Functional Movement Screening (Tony Books Avilez), Financial Coaching (Kim Avilez), and Social Branding Session (Hala Maroc) are independent professional services. The Organizers make no warranty regarding outcomes. Participants choose to participate voluntarily and at their own risk. The Organizers are not responsible for recommendations or bookings by tour operators, excursion providers, or transportation companies, or for any independently arranged activities.
Release of Liability, Waiver, and Indemnification
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the same parties for all losses, claims, or liabilities arising from the Participant's acts or conduct in connection with the Retreat.
Note: Certain states limit the enforceability of pre-injury liability waivers. Nothing here waives rights non-waivable under applicable law. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organizers.
Individual Proprietor Protection
The release, waiver, and indemnification extend to Hala Maroc, Kim Avilez, and Tony Books Avilez each in both their official and personal individual capacities. The Participant expressly waives any right to assert that the corporate structure should be disregarded to impose personal liability on Hala Maroc or Kim Avilez.
Compliance with the Laws of Belize
The Participant is fully responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all applicable laws of Belize throughout the Retreat. Ignorance of local law is not an accepted defense. Any Participant who violates Belizean law may be required to leave the Retreat immediately, without refund, and at their sole expense for all costs of early departure including flights, accommodations, and any legal fees or fines incurred.
Photo, Video, and Media Release
The Participant grants the Organizers the irrevocable right to use their photo, video, voice, name, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation. Participants who do not consent must notify the Organizers in writing at hala@buildadream.nyc before the Retreat start date. Failure to notify constitutes consent.

Itinerary Modifications and Force Majeure

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith written communication. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York. Consumer concerns: NY Division of Consumer Protection (800) 697-1220.

Private sessions including the Functional Movement Screening Assessment (Tony Books Avilez), Financial Goal Setting and Coaching Session (Kim Avilez), and Social Branding Strategy Session (Hala Maroc) are independent professional services not provided by, warranted by, or guaranteed by the Organizers. Participants choose to participate voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. The Organizers are released from all liability for any physical injury, financial loss, or any other result arising from these sessions.
9. Full Release of Liability

10. Photo, Video, and Media Release
